Glenn Molloy
Non-Executive Chairman
Mr Molloy founded PPK Group Limited, then known as Plaspak Group Limited, in 1979 and has acted as a director of PPK Group Limited since that time. He has extensive experience on public company boards, and in advising publicly listed and private entities on commercial aspects of mergers, acquisitions and divestment activities.
Greg Pullen
Non-executive Director PhD, MBA, GAICD
Dr Pullen comes with over 30 years of business and strategic development experience in the medical devices, pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.
Greg has worked for major Australian companies such as CSL, where he was a member of the commercial team that licensed the GardasilTM HPV vaccine to Merck. He has created companies with significant equity value, and has licensed many technologies to major companies.
He is currently the Chair of private biotechnology company Virex Pharma Limited, a Non-Executive Director of White Graphene Limited, and consults on intellectual property and commercialisation issues with major Australian universities and other organisations.

Luhua Li
CTO & Lead Scientist – S PhD, BE
Dr Li is a seasoned researcher and leading expert on White Graphene and BNNT. He has over a
decade’s worth of publications, including several book chapters and near a hundred journal
articles. For his efforts, he has been recognised with the David Syme Research Prize (2019),
ARC DECRA (2016-2020), and the Alfred Deakin Research Fellowship (2014-2015).
Luhua’s research focuses on a wide variety of physical and chemical properties of
two-dimensional (2D) nanomaterials, especially boron nitride (BN) nanosheets. He has been
exploring the synthesis, characterization and a wide range of applications of boron nitride
nanomaterials for 20 years.
Luhua holds a PhD in Physics from the Australian National University, and a Bachelor’s in
Engineering in Materials Science from the Beijing Institute of Technology.
Sarah Price
CFO CA, BCom
Sarah has over 20 years’ experience as a financial controller, including key roles at
Technology One, Cardno, Xstrata and PwC. Across these positions, Sarah has built
extensive knowledge of group finance and taxation with a focus on global reporting,
financial strategy and risk management. In her role as CFO, Sarah works across the PPK
Group, Li-S Energy, White Graphene, BNNT Technology Ltd, Craig International Ballistics
and Advanced Mobility Analytics Group.
Sarah holds a Bachelors of Business from Queensland University of Technology, is a
Chartered Accountant and Affiliate of the Governance Institute of Australia.
Sarah was appointed Chief Financial Officer on 23 May 2023 following time serving as
Group Financial Controller.
